At La’Noir Nail Bar, we are committed to providing a clean, professional, and high-quality experience. Our licensed staff follow strict hygiene standards using premium products to ensure your comfort and safety.

Appointments & Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A short grace period may be allowed depending on availability. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation after 15 minutes.

Cancellations & No Shows

Please provide advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-show appointments may require a deposit for future bookings.

Refund & Adjustment Policy

All services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied, please inform us during your visit. Adjustments can be made within 3 days and apply only to the original service.

Service Selection & Design Requests

Please select the correct service when booking. Share design requests in advance. Complex designs may require additional time and pricing.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any health conditions such as diabetes or sensitivities before your service.

Salon Standards

We focus on clean, hygienic, non-acrylic services with a fresh and comfortable environment.

Behavior Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service to anyone displaying rude or inappropriate behavior.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, including gift cards.

Children & Guests

Children must be supervised at all times. Only clients receiving services should remain in the service area.

Property Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage to salon property. Compensation charges may apply.
